I don't care for that system, as I am a planner and it was really difficult to plan ahead the first few times as you can't just look in a help file and see what's happening. In lieu of lessons, the developers used the advisors and the "tool tips" that come up as you progress. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any super helpful written guides for the Cities of Tomorrow expansion pack.
